The basic set includes a powder spray booth and polymerization furnace of required sizes intercommunicated with a manual conveying system. This set is the minimum required one to paint products with a hand-finished surface. The equipment dimensions and the configuration of the conveying system are calculated on a case-by-case basis with consideration of the customer’s requirements and the size of the premises for the painting site.

Powder coating basic set includes:

  • powder spray booth,

  • polymerization furnace,

  • manual conveying system.

Most of the projects are implemented within 2 to 4 weeks. The time frames depend on many factors: the project complexity, the scope of supply, the customer’s distance from our enterprise, etc. All products are usually custom-made.

The video shows the process of manual spraying and drying of products in a polymerization furnace.

The basic set is the minimum required one for painting the surface of hand-finished products. It includes a powder spray booth, polymerization furnace and manual conveying system.
Without a washing and drying chamber, the products must be treated and dried manually.

The full function line has washing and drying chambers, in addition to the basic set equipment.

Powder spray booth

Powder spray booth is used for spraying powder paints on products. It is equipped with: exhaust system, recuperation systems, systems of automatic filter cleaning and screening of unsettled powder paint. It is provided with tribostatic or electrostatic spraying systems, as well as a switchboard with a touchscreen operator’s panel.

Polymerization furnace

Paint polymerization is conducted in the furnace. The polymerization furnace is equipped with microprocessors, semiconductor contacts, and an automated exhaust system. High heat transfer and uniformity of heating throughout the entire furnace capacity are ensured in the furnaces.

Conveying system

The conveying system is used to move trolleys with products between process areas. This is a system consisting of portals, monorails, trolleys and pick-and-place devices. Simultaneous conveying of several trolleys is allowed.
