This scope of supply will allow to high-quality painting that complies wth European standards. When designing such a line, the following is considered:
- Size and weight of the painted products.
- Dimensions of the room for the painting site.
- Requirements for the surface treatment (process flow diagram, number of treatment stages, quality of washing, need for passivation, etc.).
- Spraying type (tribostatic or electrostatic, manual or automatic).
- Conveying system requirements (manual movement, semi-automated movement (clock conveyor) or automated conveyor).
Complete powder coating basic set includes:
washing (blasting) chamber,

Most of the projects are implemented within 2 to 4 weeks. The time frames depend on many factors: the project complexity, the scope of supply, the customer’s distance from our enterprise, etc. All products are usually custom-made.
Large orders with a delivery time of more than 14 days: 50% – prepayment, 50% – before shipment from the manufacturer’s warehouse;
if delivery involves delivery and installation , then: 50% – prepayment, 40% – before shipment from the manufacturer’s warehouse, 10% – after installation.
For small retail purchases – 100% prepayment.

The video shows a PLC-controlled surface treatment line. Communication with the operator via the human-machine interface of the touchscreen panel. Processes to maintain the required levels of liquids and temperatures are carried out automatically. The system also informs the operator about the current pressure in the spray headers and the pH levels in the reagent tanks. This washing has 3 stages: degreasing, flushing and passivation. Washing chamber length — 22 meters.
It is followed by a drying chamber 12 meters long, where the parts are blown with a flow of heated air.
Washing chamber
Steel, galvanized, aluminium and other product surfaces are prepared for painting in the washing chamber. Built of high-quality materials, resistant to the corrosive environment. Possible stages of washing: degreasing; phosphating; chromating; flushing.


Drying chamber
Washing is followed by drying chamber Drying is an important part of the painting process, the temperature must be maintained inside at 120 °C.
Powder spray booth
wder spray booth is used for spraying powder paints on products. It is equipped with: exhaust system, recuperation systems, systems of automatic filter cleaning and screening of unsettled powder paint, automated manipulator and automated pulling through system. It is provided with tribostatic or electrostatic spraying systems, as well as a switchboard with a touchscreen operator’s panel.


Polymerization furnace
nt polymerization is conducted in the furnace. The polymerization furnace is equipped with microprocessors, semiconductor contacts, and an automated exhaust system. High heat transfer and uniformity of heating throughout the entire furnace capacity are ensured in the furnaces.
Conveying system
e conveying system is used to move trolleys with products between process areas. This is a system consisting of portals, monorails, trolleys and pick-and-place devices. Simultaneous conveying of several trolleys is allowed.
