Powder spray booth
Powder spray booth s designed for spraying powder paints on details made of metals and metal alloys.
Powder spray booth is equipped with: exhaust system, recuperation systems, systems of automatic filter cleaning and screening of unsettled powder paint. Powder spray booth is provided with tribostatic or electrostatic spraying systems, as well as a switchboard with a touchscreen operator’s panel.

Most of the projects are implemented within 2 to 4 weeks. The time frames depend on many factors: the project complexity, the scope of supply, the customer’s distance from our enterprise, etc. All products are usually custom-made.
Large orders with a delivery time of more than 14 days: 50% – prepayment, 50% – before shipment from the manufacturer’s warehouse;
if delivery involves delivery and installation , then: 50% – prepayment, 40% – before shipment from the manufacturer’s warehouse, 10% – after installation.
For small retail purchases – 100% prepayment.

Powder spray booth structure description
Powder spray booth is a powder painted steel structure with openings for through-passage of the painted pieces, openings for manipulators and openings for manual painting.
The structure includes two recuperators with filter elements that retain paint not settled on the products. Air-blasting system is provided for automatic cleaning of filters, which is configurable through the operator’s panel.
An exhaust system consisting of a cyclone collector and an aspirator is connected to the chamber. A low-pressure zone occurs in the inner capacity of the chamber preventing paint to enter the production area.
The mixture of the transferred air and powder paint enters the primary filter, which retains the paint for further reuse (recovery).
Further: the cleaned air passes through the cyclone collector into the aspirator, where it undergoes final clean-up and is released back into the room.
This configuration of the exhaust system allows to remove the primary filters and clean the chamber for further change of the powder paint colour.
At the same time, the mixture of air and paint is separated by a cyclone collector with subsequent entering the aspirator, and purified air is released back into the production room.
Powder paint, which has not settled on the painted products, is retained by the primary filters and fed to the vibrating sieve, and then to the container, from where it is again fed to the sprayers.
Manual spray coating stations are equipped with electrostatic sprayers with replaceable tips. Adjustment of the parameters of manual sprayers is carried out by regulators located directly at the manual spray coating stations.
Automated powder spray booth has openings for installing automated painting manipulators.
Automated powder spray booth is equipped with trolley pulling through system. The system allows moving trolleys with painted products inside the powder spray booth at a set speed and direction. This allows an operator to avoid manual movement of the trolley, and with painting manipulators — provides automated painting of products.
The pulling through mechanism is controlled from the operator’s panel and from the control boards of manual sprayers, the parameters are set on the operator’s panel.
The chamber can be equipped with painting manipulators if required.
Automated sprayers are mounted on the manipulator tripods, which, aided by a servo drive, make reciprocating movements (up and down) with an adjustable speed and amplitude.
Manipulators are configured and controlled through the operator’s panel.
All powder spray booth systems are controlled and coordinated by using a production logic controller and an intuitive HMI of the 10″ touchscreen operator’s panel.
In case of failure of any electrical component of the chamber (fan, vibration motors, motors and frequency converters of the pulling through mechanism), this system will disable it, block further turning on and display a failure report.
